The inspiration
Real experience in short-term rentals
Having worked in the short-term rental industry for years, I've seen firsthand how easily important information can get lost. Guests would search through long message threads for check-in instructions, Wi-Fi passwords, parking details, house rules, directions, or local recommendations.
Meanwhile, hosts and property managers were spending valuable time answering many of the same questions repeatedly. I kept thinking there had to be a simpler way.
That experience became the inspiration for Stayclopedia — one beautifully organized digital guidebook where guests can find the information they need before arrival, throughout their stay, and right through check-out.
